This is the summary of The Dates Connection chapter with chefs based in Italy.
Unlike the Chapters of the competition held in the Middle East, the two Semifinalists of the Italian Chapter have been selected by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi from the entries received.
Based on the votes of the public in YouTube for these two entries and the technical assessment by The Emirates Culinary Guild,the Finalist of the Italian Chapter will be announced on the 20th of April.
